Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

We encourage every new user to build a Dash of 10: review ten consecutive trades against Entry, Risk and Execution. We think that's when the product proves itself. But it is an invitation, not a condition.

Completing a Dash of 10 is not required to get a refund. Neither is using the product at all. There is no form, no exit interview, and no requirement to justify the request.

2. What's covered

3. How to request one

Email hi@stockonomy.co from the address on your account, with the word refund somewhere in the message. That's the whole process.

You don't need an order number, though it helps us find you faster if you have it.

4. How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We can't send one anywhere else.

5. What happens to your access and your data

Access ends when the refund is issued. Nothing needs to be disconnected — TradeDash was never linked to your brokerage in the first place. Your journal is not deleted immediately — we keep it so that if you come back, everything is still there. You can ask us to delete it permanently at any time, and we will.

You can export your data before or after requesting a refund. Just ask.

6. After the first 30 days

The guarantee covers your first payment. For subscription renewals after that:

If you are buying from outside the United States, your local consumer law may give you additional cancellation rights. Nothing here limits those rights — and in any case our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the 14-day withdrawal period common in the UK and EU.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us takes a few days; a chargeback takes weeks, and it can lock your account while the dispute runs. We have never refused a refund inside the guarantee window, and we're not going to start.

8. Abuse

The guarantee is for people deciding whether TradeDash is right for them. We reserve the right to decline a refund where an account shows clear abuse — for example repeatedly purchasing and refunding, or creating multiple accounts to reuse the guarantee. This is rare and we will always explain our reasoning.
